About the Client

HubSpot's Content Hub brings a fresh approach to content marketing within the HubSpot suite. It acts as a central spot where you can handle everything from creating and managing content to optimizing it for better results.

Background and Challenges

Agilence came to us with a website that no longer matched the quality of their product or the pace of their marketing team.

Their challenges included:

  • Hard to edit pages that required developer help, causing bottlenecks and slowing campaign launches
  • An outdated design that didn’t reflect their modern, data-driven technology
  • A growing resource library that was difficult to update and didn’t support filtering or easy browsing
  • Poor user journeys

Our Approach

We partnered with Agilence to rebuild the website on a flexible HubSpot theme designed for marketers. The goal was to create a modern digital experience, reduce friction for the internal team, and improve the way visitors navigate the platform and content.

1. Custom HubSpot Theme and Page Builder Experience

We designed and developed a fully custom HubSpot theme aligned with Agilence’s brand system. Every module, layout, and global setting was built for ease of use, so the marketing team could launch landing pages and campaigns without waiting on development support.

2. Resource Center Powered by HubDB

To fix the friction in their resource library, we built a dynamic HubDB system that allows the team to quickly add, edit, or remove resources from a centralized table.
